Mount Meru 4565m
DAY 1: Arusha – Momela Gate(1500m) – Mariakamba Hut(2514m)
Picked up from your hotel in Arusha after breakfast meet and greet by your guide then drive Arusha national park’s gate 45minutes from Arusha town, after registration we start walking towards Mariakamba hut. Picnic lunch will be provided

DAY 2: Mariakamba hut (2514m) – Saddle huts(3570m)
After breakfast you start hiking towards Saddle hut, this part is steeper than the previous. Arrival at the hut for overnight

DAY 3: Saddle Hut(3570m) – Summit (4565m) – Saddle Hut (3570m)
Wake up at middle-night and have a cup of tea before starting attempt big Meru peak. Proceed to summit crossing rocky path and back to Saddle hut for full breakfast. You spend few hours of resting at the hut before walking down to Mariakamba hut for overnight

DAY 4: Mariakamba hut (2541m) – Momela Gate(1500m)
Leave the camp and walk down to Momela gate where you will be picked up by your van and drive back to Arusha where you are dropped off at the hotel for overnight. at Arusha Backpackers Hostel or other more standard hotel.

DAY 5: Lake Manyara National Park
After morning breakfast at your hotel, at 7:30am with picnic lunch we drive to Lake Manyara National Park for full day game drives in park. Later afternoon we head out to our camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: Ngorongoro Crater – Departure
After early morning breakfast at the camp, we enter the crater in the morning for full day game drives in the Ngorongoro Crater floor. There is a very high possibility of spotting the big 5 in one day: lion, rhino, elephant, buffalo and leopard. Lunch will take place at the picnic site at the crater floor. In the afternoon, we ascent and head back to Arusha and drop off at the place of your choice or transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport for flight back home
